The campaign headquarters of the US presidential candidate from the Democratic Party, Joe Biden, has trolled the incumbent US President Donald Trump. Writes about this Politico.
Biden's supporters reportedly recently acquired the KeepAmericaGreat.com domain and launched a website that criticizes the head of state. On it you can see a list of Trump's “broken promises”, including an increase in the number of jobs, the fight against terrorism and the coronavirus pandemic.
At the same time, the name of the site coincides with the slogan “Keep America Great”, under which Trump began the current presidential campaign. “You can buy out any domain names you want, but Joe Biden can never buy off his 47-year string of failures,” Trump campaign spokesman Hogan Gidley commented on the trolling.
Politico writes that in the past, Republican supporters have similarly trolled Biden himself. They bought the domain todosconbiden.com after it announced its Latino support program, Todos Con Biden.
On August 27, Trump formally agreed to run for a second presidential term from the U.S. Republican Party. At the same time, Mike Pence was nominated for the post of vice president, who still holds this position.
Biden will become his main opponent. Black Senator Kamala Harris from California has been selected as the Democratic vice presidential nominee.
