Pucher is to be questioned by MPs on February 3 about what is going on in the bank.

According to an expert opinion, the former head of the commercial bank Martin Pucher is able to comply with a summons before the commercial bank investigation committee.

Precautions

This was announced by the committee chairman, Burgenland's Landtag President Verena Dunst (SPÖ), in a broadcast after the meeting on Thursday evening.

Pucher is due to answer questions from MPs on February 3 about what is going on in the bank. Certain precautions have to be taken for the survey, the implementation of which the chairperson has already initiated, it said.
