US President-elect Joe Biden has arrived at the Capitol in Washington, where his inauguration ceremony will take place, the American television channel CNN reports.
The ceremony will begin within an hour. Vice-President Kamala Harris will be the first to take the oath, and then, at noon local time (20:00 Moscow time), Biden himself will do it. The ceremony will also be attended by the wife of the politician – Jill.
