“Alexei Navalny, who has been treated at the Charite hospital since August 22, 2020, has been discharged from the hospital. The patient's health has improved to the point where emergency treatment can be stopped, ”the German hospital said in a statement.

Earlier, the German government announced traces of poison from the Novichok group in Navalny's analyzes, citing the results of the work of European military toxicologists. In the course of tests in laboratories in Europe, traces of the poison were found in the blood, skin and urine of Navalny, as well as in the bottle of water from which he drank. Russian doctors assured that they had done a lot of research and found no poisons.

Navalny felt unwell during the flight from Tomsk to Moscow on August 20. The plane urgently landed in Omsk, where doctors from the Omsk hospital provided assistance for two days. After that, Navalny was transported to the Berlin clinic “Charite”. Two and a half weeks later, on September 10, Navalny completely recovered, and on September 14 he was disconnected from the ventilator.
