A country that promised us security went to war against us – Zelensky
Vladimir Zelensky recalled that Ukraine gave away the third largest nuclear arsenal. In return, we received written security promises from the country that started the war against us.
Ukraine in the 1990s made the greatest contribution to protecting the world from nuclear disasters. The state has not received any security guarantees for this.

The President stated that this is the greatest manifestation of injustice that can be seen.
Promises have not become guarantees. And just one of the powers that promised us security went to war against us,” Zelensky said.
Moreover, injustice is the basis of what Russia is now doing against Ukraine. So now we need real guarantees.
