What the bill provides for
All church property of the ROC in Ukraine and religious organizations, including the Kiev Metropolis of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church , within 48 hours from the date of adoption of this law, they must inventory and nationalize.
Religious communities, monasteries and theological educational institutions of the Moscow Patriarchate can change their subordination within 14 days.
Holy The Dormition Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, the Holy Dormition Pochaev Lavra and other architectural monuments of national importance owned or used by the Russian Orthodox Church are transferred to state property.
