“Judging by the published images, these are parts of a missile from the S-300 air defense system,” suggests Belaruski Gayun.

Belarusian pro-government publication “Pool p first” reports that the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko was immediately informed about the incident.

However, Minsk immediately stated that the rocket that fell in the Brest region was Ukrainian. Currently, the Belarusian military and investigators are already working on the spot.

Thus, two main versions are being considered in the Republic of Belarus, both of which provide only a Ukrainian trace in the incident:
