Thanks to the new program, it will be possible to quickly determine the location of a person who has contacted the emergency line.

— Also, thanks to this program, a citizen will only be able to send a video to the State Emergency Service dispatcher using his phone and conduct a two-way chat with him,” said Gennady Gerasimchuk, Deputy Director of the Emergency Response Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.
