It should be noted that just a week before tragic event, the defender received the medal “For Military Service of Ukraine”. The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky personally presented it to the junior sergeant of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
The fighter posted the award on his Facebook page and thanked all the people who helped him at the front.

“Mujahid” died in the battles for Ukraine
- Daniil Lyashuk, a soldier under the call sign “Mujahid”, died in the battles for Ukraine. He has been fighting in the East since 2014.
- A defender died in the Bakhmut direction. This became known according to military chaplain Khadzhimurad Putilin.
- Lyashuk was the commander and founder of the “Vendetta” battle group. The Belarusian volunteer never received the citizenship of Ukraine, which he dreamed of for so long.
