Forecasters predict abnormal heat for the New Year. Note that in some regions, the thermometer during the day can even reach +9…+13 degrees.

Meanwhile, frost on New Year's Eve of Ukrainians probably won't even bother. Above zero temperatures are predicted throughout the state.

In most regions it will be cloudy with clearings. However, light rain is possible in the East and partly in the North. In particular, precipitation is predicted in Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Luhansk, Donetsk, Kharkov and Dnipro. By the way, these cities will be slightly cooler than others.
