Acer has officially unveiled the new Predator Orion 7000 gaming personal computer, the world's first in the class with a 12th Gen Intel Core Alder Lake processor. Since these chips have not even been officially presented yet, the specific processor model is not named.
The manufacturer promises the world's first scalable x86 hybrid architecture that combines two completely new micro-core architectures in a single die, as well as new platform enhancements such as PCIe 5.0, DDR5 memory and more. For graphics processing in the top version, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 accelerator is responsible.
Provides up to 64 GB of RAM. The main storage system can be represented by two M.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSDs with a capacity of up to 1 TB each and two hard drives up to 3 TB each. There is also a hot-swappable 2.5-inch drive bay at the top of the chassis. Acer also introduced a unique laptop capable of displaying 3D images.
