< strong _ngcontent-sc83="">Ukraine and Russia exchanged prisoners on April 1, thanks to which 86 Ukrainian servicemen and servicemen were rescued. The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, said that this became possible after the talks in Istanbul.

During the exchange, Ukraine returned 86 of our defenders and defenders, including 15 women. Now they are safe.

Ukraine will fight for its citizens

David Arakhamia, who is the head of the Ukrainian delegation at the talks with Russia, said, that it was the negotiations in Istanbul that influenced the successful exchange of prisoners.

Thanks to the agreements reached in Turkey, a successful exchange of prisoners was held today, Arakhamia said.

The politician stressed that Ukraine will continue to fight for each of our citizens.
