Head of the Security Service Ivan Bakanov and Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov presented awards to the SBU officers and the Ukrainian military, who made a significant contribution to the defense of our state.

Bakanov expressed gratitude to every fighter who makes every effort to win Ukraine.

“Our military is working at the forefront, but it is the joint work of various departments, volunteers and the entire Ukrainian people brings this victory closer and makes it inevitable,” the head of the SBU said.< /p>

Ivan Bakanov and Alexei Reznikov discussed further cooperation between the Security Service and the Ministry of Defense. According to Bakanov, the interaction of these bodies makes it possible to effectively protect the Motherland from the attack of the invaders.

The head of the Ministry of Defense added that thanks to the coherence, the entire sector of national security and defense showed the aggressor the power of true unity.

Armed Forces of Ukraine, side by side with the SBU, scouts – SVR and GUR – the National Guard, the National Police, border guards and rescuers and everyone who took up arms today, continue to defend our land and inflict significant losses on the occupiers every day,” Reznikov emphasized .

The Minister added that the departments have changed during these 8 years of war. “We demonstrate to the whole world not only massive examples of courage and heroism, but also high professionalism. And the whole country supports its soldiers,” Reznikov added.

By the way, every day defenders risk their lives defending the territory of our states. So, on April 9, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky awarded 344 military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 5 more became Heroes of Ukraine.
