For the first time, users from Russia began to report problems around 13:00. More than four thousand messages of subscribers were recorded on the site. Half of those who reported problems with mobile communications, another 42 percent reported difficulties with Internet access.
Most of all, malfunctions are reported by subscribers of the telecom operator located in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd, Arkhangelsk, Murmansk and Veliky Novgorod.
