Blackout in Ukraine on January 13: schedules and list of cities

The Ukrainian energy system continues to recover from the numerous massive attacks of the enemy. The situation is further complicated by the low air temperature. Stabilization blackouts continue in many regions.

Power outage schedules for Friday, January 13:

  • The city of Rivne is here.

From January 13, a schedule of hourly shutdowns is introduced in the city of Sumy and the region:

  • From 00:00-08:00 – +4/-2 hours;
  • From 08:00-24:00 – in the mode -4/+2 hours.

Underscores 1.1, 1.2, 1.3

  • From 11:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 23:00 – queues will be turned off

The rest of the underline clock will be with power supply.

Underscore 1.4

  • From 11:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00 – the queue will be turned off
  • From 22:00 to 23:00 – possible shutdown

The rest of the underline clock will be with power supply.

2 turn

Underscores 2.1, 2.2

  • From 08:00 to 11:00, 15:00 to 19:00 and from 23:00 to 24:00 – queues will be turned off
  • Shutdown possible from 07:00 to 08:00

Underscores 2.3, 2.4

  • From 07:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 – queues will be turned off
  • From 23:00 to 24:00 – possible shutdown

3 turn

Underscores 3.1, 3.2

  • From 11:00 to 15:00 and from 19:00 to 22:00 – queues will be disabled
  • From 22:00 to 23:00 – possible shutdown

Underscore 3.3

  • From 09:00 to 11:00, 15:00 to 19:00 and from 23:00 to 24:00 – the queue will be turned off
  • From 07:00 to 09:00 – possible shutdowns

Underscore 3.4

  • From 07:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 – the queue will be turned off
  • From 23:00 to 24:00 – possible shutdown

The rest of the underline clock will be with power supply.

Also, to reduce the load on the network during peak hours, the 4th queue can be applied to the shutdown.

  • De-energized line 4.1 will be from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00.
  • De-energized queue 4.2 will be from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00

Previously, they will turn off 1 turn. But from 9:00 to 22:00, it is possible to simultaneously disable 2 queues.

From 8.00 in the Nikolaev region there are schedules of hourly power outages. According to the distribution, consumers of the second stage are de-energized.

  • 1 turn, blackout hours: 07:00-10:00, 12:00-16:00, 18:00-22:00;
  • Stage 2, blackout hours: 08:00-12:00, 14:00-18:00, 20:00-24:00;
  • 3rd turn, blackout hours: 07:00-08:00, 10:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00, 22:00-24:00.

In the Kirovograd region on January 13, from 00:00, power outage schedules are canceled, said Elena Danilchenko, a representative of the Kirovogradoblenergo company.

The introduction of new power outage schedules will be announced later.

Stabilization shutdown schedules are currently in effect in the region. They take into account the current difficult situation in the energy system after the latest massive shelling. You can check out the new schedule here.

There are emergency blackouts in the region. The schedules of stabilization shutdowns drawn up earlier are not yet in effect.

On January 13, a schedule of hourly shutdowns will operate in Lviv and the region, taking into account the proven consumption limit from Ukrenergo.
