Blackout in Ukraine on January 21: schedules and list of cities

From 00:00 to 01:00, 04:00 to 08:00, 12:00 to 14:00, 18:00 to 20:00 – there will be queues with electricity.

From 02:00 to 04:00, 08:00 to 11:00, 14:00 to 17:00, 20:00 to 23:00 – queues will be turned off.

From 01:00 to 02:00, 11: Shutdowns are possible from 00 to 12:00, 17:00 to 18:00 and from 23:00 to 24:00.

3rd line – underlines 3.3, 3.4:

From 00:00 to 03:00, 06:00 to 08:00, 12:00 to 14:00, 18:00 to 20:00 – there will be queues with electricity.

From 03:00 to 05:00, 09:00 to 12:00, 15:00 to 18:00, 21:00 to 24:00 – queues will be turned off.

From 05:00 to 06 :00, 08:00 to 09:00, 14:00 to 15:00 and 20:00 to 21:00 are possible shutdowns.

To reduce network load during peak hours, turn 4 off :

  • De-energized queue 4.1 will be from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
  • De-energized queue 4.2 will be from 07:00 to 11 :00 and 15:00 to 19:00.

Until 7 am on January 21, emergency power outages were used in the region. This was necessary, because the limit in the period from 00:00 to 07:00, reached only 37% of the total demand of the region, 25% of which are needed for the functioning of critical infrastructure.

Limit from 7:00 to 24:00 – 567.61 MW. This allows you to enter stabilization graphs in the area. However, the situation in the energy system of the region is still difficult, because the power will be available only during guaranteed hours of the white zone.
