On January 23, from 08:00 in the Sumy region, the hourly power outage schedule in the -4/+2 mode will again operate.
The schedule provides for a power outage electricity during these hours:
- 1 turn – 08:00-12:00; 14:00–18:00; 20:00–24:00.
- 2nd turn – 10:00-14:00; 16:00–20:00; 22:00–24:00.
- 3rd turn – 08:00-10:00; 12:00–16:00; 18:00–22:00.

- From 03:00 to 05:00, 08:00 to 11:00, 14:00 to 17:00, 20:00 to 23:00 – queues will be turned off
- From 05 :00 to 06:00, 11:00 to 12:00, 17:00 to 18:00 and 23:00 to 24:00 – possible shutdowns
Also, to reduce the load on the network during peak hours, queue 4 can be applied to the shutdown.
- De-energized queue 4.1 will be from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 21:00.
- De-energized queue 4.2 will be from 07:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 19:00.
What is happening with the light in the Vinnytsia region
The regional energy authorities published a schedule of hourly blackouts for January 23:
- 1 turn: 02:00-06:00, 08:00-12:00, 14:00-18:00, 20:00-24:00;
- 2nd turn: 00:00-02:00, 04:00-08:00, 10:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00, 22:00-24:00;
- 3rd turn: 00:00-04:00, 06:00-10:00, 12:00-16:00, 18:00-22:00.

Kharkovoblenergo has updated the schedule of hourly power outages in Kharkiv and the region. The new schedule will be in effect from 23 to 29 January.
