Power outage in Ukraine on January 28: charts and list of cities

DTEK reported that on January 29, stabilization shutdown schedules will be applied in Kyiv and the region, as well as in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Ukrenergo provided new consumption restrictions January 29:

  • Kyiv (day 955 MW/night 669 MW)
  • Kyiv region (day 682 MW/night 615 MW)
  • Dnipropetrovsk region (day 1159 MW/night 1208 MW)

Speaker “Kharkovoblenergo” Volodymyr Skichko informed that emergency blackouts are possible in Kharkov during January 29th. According to him, emergency power outages are possible from 07:00 to 18:00.

“In connection with the repair work to restore electrical networks after rocket attacks, a significant power shortage is expected, emergency power outages are possible in Kharkiv,” Skichko said.

Emergency shutdowns are not planned in the Kharkiv region.

The stabilization outages will continue in the Zaporozhye region. Hourly stabilization shutdowns began at 00:00 from the third group.

According to the schedule, hourly shutdowns for each of the queues will last for 4 hours with a possible slight delay for the arrival of specialists.
