Danilov commented on the mobilization in Russia: the resource of those willing to fight in Ukraine has dried up

Russian President-dictator Vladimir Putin signed a decree on partial mobilization.

Secretary of the National Security Council of Ukraine Aleksey Danilov believes that the Kremlin came to such a step because the country has already completely exhausted the resource of those who want to fight in Ukraine.

Danilov expressed this opinion in an interview “NV”.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council noted that in the Russian Federation the so-called volunteer battalions have already been forming for three to four months, but this did not bring the expected result. “They did not have the opportunity to recruit the appropriate number of professional people so that they would go to war,” he stressed.

After the failure to recruit volunteers, people began to look for those who wanted to participate in the war in the colonies. Representatives of the Wagner group were actively engaged in this, who offered to go to the front instead of imprisonment.

He recalled that at the second stage, they began to look for those who wanted to fight in the colonies, but even there they turned out to be few.

“Believe me, there are many prisoners there in the colonies of the Russian Federation, but they also do not want to. I do not say that everyone does not want to,” the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council emphasized.

Danilov called the mobilization announced by Putin the next stage.

Recall that on September 21, during the morning address to the people, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced partial mobilization across the country from today. Under the mobilization, according to the statement of the Russian dictator, the military will fall into the reserve, having military specialties and combat experience.

Russia intends to call up 300 thousand reservists, who, first of all, have combat experience, said Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. According to him, about 1% of the mobilization resource will be involved in the mobilization. He promised that students and students of universities would not be affected by partial mobilization.
