Daughter saves mother's life by sucking venom from cobra bite

In the Indian city of Keyer, a girl named Shramya Rai saved her mother's life by sucking out the poison after being bitten by a cobra.

The incident occurred when a woman went to her relative's farm to turn on the pump, but on her return she accidentally stepped on a cobra. The alarmed snake immediately bit the woman.

The quick reaction of the daughter saved the victim from the spread of poison throughout the body. Shramya, seeing what had happened, helped her mother and quickly sucked the poison out of the wound. The woman was hospitalized and survived.

Earlier it became known that the man caught a cobra and died from a bite.
