DBR reported suspicion to the head of the State Geocadastre of Lviv region/Radio Liberty

< strong _ngcontent-sc84="">Investigators of the DBR found that the head of the State Geocadastre of the Lviv region was engaged in the illegal distribution of land for more than 113.5 million hryvnias.

His criminal actions were exposed and have already been reported on suspicion of grief -to an official.

DBR employees found that in the Lviv region, the head of the regional State Geocadastre allowed to illegally alienate communal land with an area of ​​26.7 hectares on the territory of the Zimnovodovsky village council and distribute it to private individuals. The cost of the land is estimated at 113 million hryvnia.

In addition, it was possible to establish the fact that the official signed orders to approve land management projects for the allocation and transfer of land plots. This led to damage to the community in the amount of more than 480 thousand hryvnias.

The official is accused under several articles at once, including:

• 364 on abuse of power or official position;

• 367 on official negligence.
