A nanny in the Leningrad region hid the death of a two-year-old child for two days

Details of the death of a two-year-old girl in a babysitter’s apartment in the Leningrad region have been revealed, REN TV reports.

A family friend told the TV channel that the nanny hid the death of the child for two days — the doctors who arrived informed the mother about it. “The child had bruises on his back and neck. Maybe the baby fell at the nurse, maybe she beat him – it’s unclear yet,” the man said. He also explained that the mother was forced to give the girl away because she could not take care of her because of the large amount of work.

The head of the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to put the course of the investigation into the incident under the control of the central office of the department.

Earlier it was reported that the mother accused the nanny of the murder of a two-year-old girl. A 34-year-old woman, due to health problems, gave her daughter to the guardianship of an outsider from Kyrgyzstan, whom she found on the Internet, and paid her 700 rubles a day for it. The child has been with the nanny constantly for eight months.
