What is known about the new classification of military registration

The Cabinet of Ministers decree suggests that military registration, in addition to division into registration of conscripts, conscripts and reservists, is divided into several types.

  • personal-qualitative (includes consideration of personal and official data on conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists at the declared (registered) place of residence, which are summarized in accounting documents and entered into the Unified State Register);
  • personal-primary (accounting for information about conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists at their place of residence in the corresponding administrative-territorial unit (the executive bodies of village, township, city councils can keep);
  • personal (accounting information at the place of work (service) or training – is assigned to the heads of state bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations).

By appointment:< /strong>

  • general – on this account are those liable for military service and reservists who are not booked by government agencies, local governments, enterprises, institutions, organizations for the period of mobilization and for wartime;
  • special – these are those liable for military service who, in accordance with the law “On mobilization training and mobilization”, are reserved for state bodies, local governments, enterprises riyatami, institutions and organizations for the period of mobilization and wartime.
