The founder and CEO of the Telegram messenger Pavel Durov met with the Crown Prince of Dubai Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid al-Maktoum.

The meeting between the 36-year-old developer and the 38-year-old sheikh, who is also the chairman of the executive council of Dubai, took place on the territory of this city.
