The Ukrainian military can not only carry out the order, but also suggest how to carry it out better. This was told by journalist Michael Schur, who joined the ranks of the defense since the beginning of the war.

Or, if there is no order, propose your own solutions that would be better. This is our total advantage, because we are not afraid to offer something. We have experience of the Maidan. When we can say in unison: “No, it's better like this,” the journalist said.

He noted that in the Ukrainian army the decision is approved by dialogue, and in the Russian army – “the commander is smarter than everyone and everything.” In Ukraine, there is a part of the sergeants who communicate with privates and officers. This makes us much stronger than the Russian invaders.
