Ukraine is preparing for a counter-offensive to drive the Russians out of the occupied territories. However, “various forces” have now stepped up to disrupt this process.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov told Channel 24 about this. According to him, the Ukrainian military is actively working on a future counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Everything goes for the common victory.

When to expect a counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine

As Danilov noted, one should not rush into the terms of a counteroffensive. It is being prepared, and everything will be decided by the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. They listen to the proposals of the Ukrainian military.

The most important thing is that it will be Ukraine's plan. And not anyone else.

No need to rush. Everything is done according to our plan. I emphasize once again – for ours; according to the plan of our country. And not in the way that someone offers us, propagandizes and tells us, – Danilov emphasized.

Russians are spreading a lot of misinformation

Danilov warned that now Russian propagandists and other interested people are spreading a lot of different false information about the Ukrainian army. You should filter information and analyze everything with a cold mind.

I can say that now the Russians have begun to yell and spread misinformation in every possible way, that we are supposedly in despair; that our military is not ready and much more nonsense. We have seen this very actively over the past week and a half,” Danilov noted.

The Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council urged not to fall for hostile disinformation. We need to believe in Ukrainian men and women who protect our state. The Armed Forces of Ukraine will definitely expel the Russians from all the occupied lands.

• Earlier, Advisor to the Head of the President's Office Mykhailo Podolyak predicted the timing of the Ukrainian counteroffensive. He is convinced that this will come as a surprise to the occupiers.
• An American official anonymously said that the situation on the battlefield now may not reflect the big picture. According to him, Ukraine is preparing reserves for the upcoming counter-offensive, which are deliberately not being attracted to the battlefield right now.
• Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov pleased with the pleasant results of the tenth “Rammstein”. There is a lot of optimistic news. There it was about strengthening air defense, the supply of ammunition, training and the further formation of an “armored fist”. He also thanked the international partners for their readiness to be close to Ukraine until victory.
