Powerful explosions thundered in Russian Kursk on the evening of June 28.

Local authorities hurried to report that a Ukrainian drone was allegedly shot down.

Residents of the Russian city say they heard powerful explosions and saw there is a lot of smoke in the area where two air regiments are based.

Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit said that allegedly “a Ukrainian drone was shot down in Kursk.”

However, local residents in the comments doubted that the the sky saw a lot of flashes.
