The invaders launched rocket attacks on the village of Desna in the Chernihiv region. They also confirmed information about shelling in the Zhytomyr region. The sounds of explosions were heard in Nikolaev as well.

In all likelihood, these missile strikes were launched from aircraft from the territory of Belarus. However, the Russians began to use a slightly different tactic. Now their combat aviation takes off from airfields in Russia, then enters the airspace of Belarus and flies as close as possible to the border with Ukraine, but does not fly into the airspace of Ukraine so that they are not shot down. That's where the rocket launches come from. After that, the aircraft again return to their base in Russia.

Dozens of cruise missiles per night

There is no final information about exactly how many cruise missiles were fired on the territory of Ukraine on the night of June 25. The representative of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Bratchuk, reports that, according to preliminary data, several dozen cruise missiles flew into different regions of Ukraine.

In his opinion, Russian infidels decided to launch a massive missile attack on the entire territory of Ukraine in order to distract attention from the fighting in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions.

“Why is the enemy attacking with missiles, artillery and aircraft? I think that this is a distraction from those main territories where the heaviest battles are being fought, where the enemy has thrown all his efforts. We are talking about the Luhansk region and Donbass. Therefore, attempts to attack our facilities and infrastructure with missiles, our units in the Chernihiv and Mykolaiv regions are diversionary maneuvers. This creates certain difficulties in order to overturn the units of the Armed Forces in the appropriate directions, “Sergey Bratchuk said.
