Russian invaders are literally erasing the Luhansk region from the world map. They recently shelled Lisichansk: a shell landed near a bomb shelter where people were hiding.

The head of the Luhansk regional military administration, Serhiy Gaidai, released a video of the consequences of the shelling. A huge pit was formed near the bomb shelter, and the building was destroyed.

The head of the Lugansk OVA did not specify whether there were casualties and injuries as a result of enemy shelling.
