In Russian Tomsk, 52-year-old Leonid Rybakov was accused of “discrediting the Russian army.” Criminal proceedings were opened against the man because of his comment under a post on the social network about General of the Armed Forces Sergei Surovikin.

It is noted that on VKontakte, one of the users posted a photo of General Sergei Surovikin. Rybakova left two comments under the correspondence: “The ghouls are briefly untied from the bed. Admire in all its glory” and “Cattle is one of the first – a Syrian butcher and” the general of negative offensives.

A case was opened against the Russian. The security forces searched his house. “Traditionally, they took away all the equipment and even for some reason Boris’s book “Confessions of a Rebel,” the man said.

By the way, earlier Rybakov had already been fined: for the first time by 45 thousand rubles because of the anti-war rally, and the second time by 40 thousand rubles through the flag of Ukraine and a poster with the inscription “Russia without Putin”, which he hung in the window of his apartment. In turn, the activist said that he would not pay a fine so that his money would not go to finance the war against Ukraine.

In addition, Rybakov is on trial for a comment under one of the posts on the Web about the war in Ukraine: “Kill the Putinites, if possible – take them prisoner.” Then a criminal case was initiated, which provides for up to five years in prison. Zapaz Russian is under house arrest.

By the way, 52-year-old Leonid Rybakov is the director of a small IT company, ex-military, social activist and human rights activist.

Recall that the Lefortovo Court of Moscow filed charges of high treason for financial assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A local resident was arrested for two months. The woman was detained in Moscow when she tried to leave the country.
