Giant cauldron for Russians in the south – Piontkovsky on the plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the offensive
It is known that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are actively preparing for a counteroffensive. It will probably take place inside – at the end of spring.
Initially, the main forces of the military will be directed to the liberation of the south of Ukraine. This was reported to Channel 24 by the Russian opposition politician and publicist Andrey Piontkovsky.
“The main plot is the liberation of the Armed Forces of Melitopol, Berdyansk, access to the coast, the transformation of the Crimea and the occupied parts of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions into a huge cauldron of the Russian army,” Piontkovsky emphasized.
He is sure that these actions were discussed by Ukrainian and American military leaders in January-February at the headquarters of the American ground army.
Ukraine began to receive aviation
Under this basic plan of counter-offensive of Ukraine, all weapons are being transferred, Piontkovsky is convinced. In the issue of counter-offensive, front-line aviation is very important.
Recall that on March 16, Poland decided to transfer 4 MiG-29 fighters to Ukraine, while Slovakia will send 13 MiG-29 fighters.
As far as I know, these MiGs were prepared for several months with additional equipment, which makes it possible to carry Western air-launched cruise missiles. This is a very serious weapon,” the oppositionist stressed.
