Poland, following Estonia and Bulgaria, appealed to its citizens living on the territory of the Russian Federation and urged them to leave the aggressor country.

The Polish ministry noted that due to a significant reduction in the number of Polish diplomatic and consular workers in Russia, the possibilities of providing direct consular assistance to Polish citizens are very limited.

“In the event of a sharp deterioration in security situations, border closures or other unforeseen situations, evacuation may be significantly complicated or even impossible,” the Polish Foreign Ministry said.
