The court returned the land plot in the village of Strelki in the Lviv region to the state ownership. There is a lake there.

The Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office reported that the trial was won. In August 2019, the head of the Lviv regional state administration issued an order to sell a plot in the village of Strelky, where Edem Resort Medical & SPA is located.

The plot area is more than 15 hectares. There is a pond (a body of water of national importance). Its area is 98.2 hectares. The Lviv Regional Prosecutor's Office emphasized that the alienation of this land plot is unacceptable. This is stated in the current legislation.

At the same time, in the documentation for the sale of the plot, the stas from it “secretly” disappeared, and a sports ground for water sports appeared in its place, the report says.

The media reported that they are talking about the lake in the village of Strelki. Edem Resort Medical & SPA is located there – Igor Krivetsky's recreation complex.

They recalled that the courts in the case lasted about 3 years. The requirements of the prosecutor's office were satisfied by the Economic Court of the city of Kyiv.
