In Krivoy Rog, a mother gave alcohol to a 7-year-old boy. Even earlier, she was deprived of parental rights, so the child had a guardian.

The police brought her to justice, because the woman left the child without proper supervision. Whether the mother was punished, the police did not specify.

Mother gives her little son alcohol to drink

In one of the telegram channels on March 8, law enforcement officers discovered a video in which a child drinks a low-alcohol drink in the presence of adults. One of the women claimed that it was non-alcoholic, but the can indicated 2.5% alcohol.

The police quickly identified all involved in the incident. It turned out that the boy was with his mother, deprived of parental rights. The upbringing of the child is carried out by a guardian – a relative of the mother.

In relation to her, law enforcement officers drew up an administrative protocol for “failure by parents or persons replacing them to fulfill the obligations of raising children.” Such an offense entails a warning or a fine of 850 – 1700 hryvnia.

In the Ternopil region, a woman gave birth in the toilet. After that, she drowned her newborn daughter in the toilet. The attacker did not want to have a child, so she hid the pregnancy.

The defendant pleaded guilty in court. The woman confessed to her deed and explained that during and after childbirth she was in a stressful state.

The court took into account all the factors and found her guilty of premeditated murder of a child. However, the defendant was released from serving the sentence and appointed one and a half years of probation.
