The border guard blew himself up together with the radio station/press service of the State Border Guard Service Motherland. The border guard from Mariupol is a vivid example of this.

Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President Alexei Arestovich said that the border guard took a decisive step. He blew himself up when he was surrounded by invaders, channel 24 reports.

The border guard was wounded and surrounded by Russian invaders. Therefore, he decided to blow himself up along with the radio station so that the latter would not get to the enemy.

The last words in the radio station were “Glory to Ukraine,” said Oleksiy Arestovich.

< p>He thanked each and every border guard. After all, in his opinion, they have the most difficult task: they are the first to meet the enemy. And, Arestovich added, since the beginning of the war, not a single one has surrendered Ukrainian positions. Someone died in an unequal battle, and someone was captured by the invaders.
