A fire broke out in Rostov-on-Don. According to locals, an explosion was heard before the incident.
This is reported by the Russian propaganda media.
It is noted that ammunition stored there is detonated in the building. In addition, the fuel burns along with the tanks. So far, there is no official version regarding the causes of the fire. Russian media are talking about two victims.
