In Russia, they threatened with “inevitable consequences” if the “Ukrainian trace” is confirmed in the explosion on the Crimean bridge
The State Duma of the Russian Federation stated that the answer on the explosion on the Kerch bridge will be tough, but “not necessarily in the forehead.”
Russia threatens with “inevitable consequences” supposedly if the “Ukrainian trace” is confirmed in the explosion on the Crimean bridge.
This was stated by the head of the State Duma Committee on International Affairs and the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party, Leonid Slutsky.
“If the Ukrainian trace is confirmed in the state of emergency on the Crimean bridge, the consequences will be inevitable. The answer must be tough, but not necessarily in the forehead,” he said.
Slutsky says that Russia supposedly has extensive experience in dealing with “terrorists”, therefore “those who use such terrorist methods should understand this.”
The Russian MP criticized everyone who rejoices in the explosions on the Crimean bridge, in particular, he recalled the head of the Estonian Foreign Ministry Urmas Reinsalu.

“This is not just an emergency. It could be an act of hospitality, which, as we see, is already applauded in European capitals. It turns out that the Ukrainian special forces units with the event are welcomed by the head of the Estonian Foreign Ministry,” the Russian politician was indignant.
At the same time, he stressed that “Crimea is provided with everything necessary, and one can envy the resilience of Crimeans.” In addition, according to Slutsky, “Russia will restore everything as soon as possible,” and it will not be possible to destroy the transport connection with the peninsula, “as well as sow panic among the population.”
Meanwhile, local residents report that panic began on the peninsula among Russians who came to Crimea for the “velvet season”. Crimeans themselves expect that after the explosion on the Crimean bridge, the liberation of the peninsula will begin.
In addition, according to military expert Alexander Musienko, more and more pro-Ukrainian sentiments are “waking up” in the temporarily occupied Ukrainian Crimea. In Russia, these events are called “cases of extremism”, the number of which is constantly growing.
