< p _ngcontent-sc89="" class="news-annotation">The Security Service of Ukraine has found another place of illegal detention of people. It was found in the recently liberated village of Liptsy, Kharkiv region.

The torture room, which the invaders called the “basement”, was equipped in the room where the so-called “people's militia of the LPR” was located. This was reported in the Security Service of Ukraine.

The militants of this terrorist organization and the Russian military illegally arrested local residents who supported the territorial integrity of Ukraine and refused to cooperate with the enemy.

The Rashists used cruel torture on the prisoners, after which they were forcibly taken to Russian territory. Investigators opened criminal proceedings under an article on violation of the laws and customs of war.

Currently time to establish persons who suffered from torture by the invaders, as well as all war criminals involved in the torturing of the civilian population.

All collected evidence of war crimes by Russian military personnel will subsequently be transferred to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, so that not a single war criminal escapes responsibility – an emphasis on the SBU.

Torture of Russian invaders: what is known

• In the Dergachev district in the north of the Kharkiv region, the Russians tortured people.
• The invaders also tortured military and civilian residents in the occupied territories of the Kharkiv region areas. To one of the men, the invaders broke two of his ribs and shocked him through the genitals.
• To date, 18 places are known where the Russians detained and tortured civilians. The invaders set up dungeons where they were deployed.
