In all EU countries, coronavirus vaccination will begin from December 27 to 29.
The head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, spoke about this on Twitter.
Earlier, German Chancellor Angela Merkel announced that anti-clot vaccination in Germany and the EU will begin “in a few days” after the vaccine is licensed by the European Medicines Agency.
Prior to that, it became known that the European Union will purchase 1.2 billion doses of potential vaccines from various companies, including BioNTech, AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Sanofi-GSK, CureVac, Moderna.
