Victor Andrusiv, adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs, said this for Channel 24. Regarding the liberation of Kherson, he noted that there is a question about the price of this offensive.

“The better we prepare it, the fewer casualties we will incur. This work exists and not only in the direction of Kherson. I think that in the near future the Russians will be shocked by the place of the blow that our Armed Forces will deliver. The situation will change depending on how we will be strengthened by Western weapons,” the adviser noted.

They will not be able to attack the residential areas of Kharkov

According to Andrusiv , even now we see the result of the supply of weapons. In particular, the Ukrainian military is conducting counteroffensives near Kharkov.

This is very correct, because this counteroffensive allows you to move the Russians away from Kharkov and they will no longer be able to shell residential areas from artillery. the adviser explained.

Ukraine can cut the rear of the invaders

Andrusov believes that the key goal of the Russians in the war is to cordon off our troops in the Joint Forces Operation. He said that today he does not see enough strength in them for this. In addition, the infidels also had a big problem in the north of the Kharkiv region. From there, the defenders will threaten them, because they can cut the rear.

“Therefore, the Russians, on the contrary, will pull their forces to hold us back there. Today, I don’t see such an ability in them , although they actually applied everything they had and did not achieve particularly tangible results,” the adviser said.

How the Russians are now seizing territories

Andrusiv explained that the advance of the infidels is achieved at the cost of erasing settlements, when Ukrainian soldiers have nowhere to defend themselves. It takes them weeks for the Resolists and they just physically cannot fight like that for a long time. So he expects that in a week or 10 days they will change their tactics.
