In the Odessa region on the morning of June 21, an accident occurred involving a fixed-route taxi. As a result of the incident, six passengers were injured.

According to preliminary information, the accident occurred due to the fact that two tires burst in the minibus. This was reported by the press service of the National Police of the Odessa region.

Law enforcement officers opened a criminal case

The traffic accident occurred on June 21 at about 7 am in the morning near the settlement Nikolaevka-NovorossiyskayaOdessa region. According to the National Police of the region, during the movement of the Reni-Odessa fixed-route taxi, driven by a 54-year-old man, two wheels of the vehicle burst. As a result, the bus overturned on its side.

At the time of the incident, there were 13 passengers and the driver in the minibus. As a result of the accident, one woman received fractures of the collarbone and ribs, and five more passengers received bruises and abrasions.

The local police department arrived at the scene of the accident. Upon the fact of the incident, law enforcement officers entered information about the accident into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations.

It is noted that we are talking about a criminal article regarding violation of traffic safety rules or operation of a vehicle by a driver, which resulted in bodily injuries of moderate severity.
