In the suburbs, a fire broke out at one of the largest chemical industry plants

A fire broke out in the suburbs again. This time the fire occurred on the territory of one of the largest enterprises of the chemical industry in Russia “Fine Organic Synthesis” in Dolgoprudny.

This is said by the Russian media with reference to the emergency services of Russia.

What caused the fire

It is preliminary known that a tank car for storing tall oil with a volume of 12 cubic meters on an area of 50 square meters caught fire on the territory of the enterprise. One worker was injured in the fire.

The fire was assigned the third level of complexity. It has already been eliminated.

Note! The plant is one of the oldest and largest Russian enterprises operating in the chemical industry.

Fires are on the rise in the suburbs

  • In the Russian city of Odintsovo, located in the Moscow region, on March 13, a large-scale fire broke out in a warehouse. The Russians complained about the explosions. The incident happened at approximately 3:20 am. Therefore, residents of the Moscow region have been anxious since Monday, some woke up and filmed the fire on video.
  • And on March 11, one of the villages of the Moscow region was engulfed in a large-scale fire. The fire attacked an area of 5,000 square meters. The fire broke out at a plastic plant in the village of Kolyubakino near Moscow. As it became known, an area of 5,000 square meters caught fire in a workshop at a plastic production plant. This caused the roof of the building to collapse.
  • Earlier, a fire broke out on the territory of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute in the Moscow region. It is known that the transformer substation caught fire. There was no information about the victims.
