In the village of Goluboe in the Moscow region on the night of March 17, it was restless. A man from the balcony of a high-rise building set off fireworks.

Subsequently, the attacker pulled out a weapon and started shooting around the yard. Russian media, referring to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the aggressor country in the Moscow region, claim that eyewitnesses told law enforcement agencies about sounds similar to “pops”.

Local telegram channels write that when the police arrived at the scene, the man opened the door without resistance and began to testify. The circumstances are being clarified.
