Russian troops place equipment in residential areas/Armed Forces of Ukraine
< strong _ngcontent-sc83="">The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that the Russian occupiers once again neglect the norms of International Humanitarian Law. Because of this, civilians are endangered.
The Russian invaders continue to use a cynical strategy. We are talking about the fact that they place equipment and manpower directly in residential areas.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, the invaders use the premises of agricultural enterprises, energy and social infrastructure, central areas of settlements, the General Staff says.
Ukrainian soldiers also noted cases when the enemy is fighting in civilian clothes.
