But Russia is still trying to “freeze” them in order to blackmail the Europeans into abandoning the sanctions.

Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman told Channel 24 this 24. He also noted that not a single sanctions have yet been canceled, it is unacceptable for Europe to abandon sanctions under pressure and any kind of blackmail.
