Preparations have begun for the construction of a temporary crossing on the site of the destroyed bridge across the Irpen River on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway.
It will be opened in about two weeks, Minister of Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov said.Kubrakov noted that it would be possible to launch full-fledged traffic with one passage of the bridge in 2 months, and with two passages – in 3-4 months.
During his visit to the Kyiv region, Volodymyr Zelenskyy also visited the destroyed bridge over the Irpin River on the R-30 highway. On this territory, it will take 10 days to build a temporary crossing, and a full-fledged repair will last 2-3 months.
