The Ukrainian military continues a successful counter-offensive in the Kherson region. Specifically, this forced the Russian military to actively retreat. And in order to prevent this, the Kadyrovites received an order from above.

As the speaker of the Odesa OVA Sergei Bratchuk said, they ordered to fire on those Russians who are retreating in the Kherson region. Thus, the occupiers will risk twice: on the one hand, they will face a counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, on the other, armed Kadyrov's men.

Bratchuk said that the Resistance Movement South told about the order received by the Kadyrovtsy. They should open fire on those Russians who are retreating from the temporarily occupied settlements of the Kherson region.

In addition, he noted that the South Resistance Movement turned to the Russians themselves. They are called to surrender.It's the only way to keep yourself alive. Otherwise, the chances of replenishing the loss statistics are much higher.
