Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova stressed that Ukraine strictly complies with the rules for the treatment of prisoners. And Russia constantly violates these rules.

Denisova spoke about the facts of Russians' abuse of Ukrainian prisoners of war. This is a direct violation of the Geneva Convention.
