The family lives in a nine-story panel building with a tiny hallway, shabby carpet, dirty sofa and curtains, torn linoleum and peeled walls.
Ekaterina said that after the death of her husband , the authorities did not offer help , and now the family lives to help a large family. The woman also did not receive payments for the death of her husband.
“We were told right away that the whole process would take two months, no less,” said Ekaterina.
