Lie about grain and justifying the war against Ukraine: what Putin said at his speech in St. Petersburg

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. His speech consisted of traditional accusations against the West and Ukraine.

First of all, the president of the aggressor state justified himself because of the reason for his attack on Ukraine. He said that it was “a forced and necessary decision.”

According to Putin's logic, Russia invaded the territory of another sovereign state in order to defend its “security and the right to free development.” How exactly Ukraine prevented the “development” of the aggressor state – did not explain.
